I am a volunteer at Breast Cancer Connections in Palo Alto. BCC is a great program for the breast cancer patients and their family. They can help you through new diagnosis, set you up with a buddy, find you a support group for what you have (young age diagnosis? DCIS? BRCA?), give you information galore, and other programs (yoga, healing through writing, and others).

When? July 11, 2013. 5-7 pm
What? This is an informal session where you can ask me, the BCC staff, and a therapist any questions you have- not just relating to plastic surgery and breast cancer reconstruction.
Cost? Free. (of course the information and connections are priceless.)
